血液透析中用单一线性模型控制肝家用量常因模型和透析过程中各种条件的变化产生的误差,引起抗凝效果的波动,因而发生出血或凝血并发症。本文根据肝素在血液透析中使用的程式及其变化,结合肝素的药物动力学特征,提出了控制肝素用量的逐段线性加权模型,并在100例次透析中应用,在获得稳定的抗凝效果,避免出血凝血并发症等方面均取得了满意的效果,并说明了该模型比当前国内外常用的单一线性模型更为优越。
