肠道菌群是一个极具活力和多元性的微生态系统,有多种生理功能。口服中药大黄对肠道菌群生态平衡产生干预效应,肠道菌群也对大黄的代谢产生复杂影响。就大黄对肠道菌群结构的影响以及大黄基于肠道菌群的代谢进行综述。
