目的建立同时检测丙酸和氯乙酸的离子色谱分析法。方法溶剂解吸型硅胶管采样,去离子水解吸,电导检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果丙酸和氯乙酸在给定的实验条件下具有较好的分离度,线性范围分别为0.0μg/ml~10.0μg/ml和0.0μg/ml~12.4μg/ml,相关系数为0.999 6和0.999 5,检出限为0.025μg/ml和0.024μg/ml,2种物质的加标回收率均接近100%,相对标准偏差均<1%。结论淋洗液自动发生-离子色谱法同时检测丙酸和氯乙酸的方法,符合GBZ/T 210.4—2008《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分:工作场所空气中化学物质的测定方法》的要求,在职业卫生检测中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To establish an ion chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of propionic acid and chloroacetic acid. Methods Solvent desorption type silicone tube sampling, deionized water desorption, conductivity detector detection, retention time qualitative, peak area quantitative. Results Propionic acid and chloroacetic acid had good resolution under the given experimental conditions with the linear range of 0.0μg / ml ~ 10.0μg / ml and 0.0μg / ml ~ 12.4μg / ml with the correlation coefficients of 0.999 6 and 0.999 5. The detection limits were 0.025μg / ml and 0.024μg / ml. The spiked recoveries of two substances were close to 100% with relative standard deviations <1%.
