目的使用持久性化学改进剂铱,建立了酒中痕量铅的电热原子吸收光谱测定法。方法用铱作为持久性化学改进剂处理石墨平台进行试验,考察了灰化温度、原子化温度及各项分析性能指标。结果样品加标回收率在95.7%~104.6%之间,相对标准偏差RSD(n=5)在0.3%~2.8%之间,检出限为0.4μg/L,特征质量为30pg。结论该方法准确、灵敏、简便,符合痕量元素分析要求。
Objective To establish an electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of trace lead in wine using persistent chemical modifier iridium. Methods Iridium was used as a permanent chemical modifier to treat graphite platform. The ashing temperature, atomization temperature and various analytical performance indexes were investigated. Results The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 95.7% to 104.6%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 0.3% to 2.8% with a detection limit of 0.4 μg / L and a characteristic mass of 30 pg. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and simple, and meets the requirements of trace element analysis.
