People’s Liberation Army 313 Hospital is located in Longwan, Huludao City, Liaoning Province beachfront scenic area, facing the boundless blue sky Bohai Bay, backed by rich shady Longbei Mountain. Covers an area of 156453m2, business space area of 34414m2. The hospital was formerly known as the Second Field Army Military and Political University Hospital. It was formed in Nanjing in July 1949 and entered the southwest with the army of Liu and Deng. Sixty years of construction and development, the pioneering and heritage of generations, the enthusiastic service of officers and soldiers and the protection of the combat effectiveness of the army have become the fine traditions of the hospital. In the Liberation War, North Korea
