患者男性,38岁,于3个月前在炼金工作中吸入大量汞蒸气后胸闷、气短、头痛、头晕、乏力、四肢酸痛,即到当地县医院就医,检查胸部X光片未见异常,化验血常规未见异常。给予开胸顺气中药及去痛片等对症治疗,病情无好转,并且逐渐加重,行走困难,并出现全身不自主震颤,每小时达十余次。于3天后夜间睡眠中突然惊叫后四肢抽搐、口吐白沫、双眼上吊、头向后仰、双上肢屈曲、双下肢直伸约十五分钟后自动缓解。
The male patient, aged 38, had chest tightness, shortness of breath, headache, dizziness, weakness and pain in his limbs after taking a large amount of mercury vapor 3 months ago in alchemist work. He went to the county hospital for medical examination and found no abnormalities in the chest radiograph. No abnormal blood tests. Given thoracic Shun Qi medicine and painkillers and other symptomatic treatment, the condition did not improve, and gradually increased, walking difficulties, and involuntary tremors appear, up to more than 10 times per hour. After 3 days of sleep at night suddenly screaming limbs convulsions, foaming at the mouth, eyes hanging, head back, upper limb flexion, lower extremity straight stretch about 15 minutes after the auto-relief.
