目的 观察小鼠胸腺皮质厚度、胸腺和脾脏淋巴细胞数及迟发型超敏反应 ,探讨抗痨颗粒剂对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 将小鼠分为正常对照组 ,实验空白对照组 ,盐酸左旋咪唑组 ,抗痨颗粒剂高、中、低剂量组 ,除实验空白对照组外 ,各组分别灌胃给药 14d后 ,对胸腺皮质厚度、胸腺和脾脏淋巴细胞数进行测定。另给分组后的小鼠注射羊红细胞致敏 ,观察其迟发型超敏反应。结果 抗痨颗粒剂可增加小鼠胸腺皮质厚度、胸腺和脾脏淋巴细胞数 ,并增强小鼠迟发型超敏反应。结论 抗痨颗粒剂具有增强细胞免疫功能的作用。
Objective To observe the thickness of thymus in mice, the number of lymphocytes in thymus and spleen, and the delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction, and to investigate the effect of Kangbi Granules on cell immune function in mice. Methods The mice were divided into normal control group, experimental blank control group, levamisole hydrochloride group, high-, middle-, and low-dose groups of anti-spasm granules. In addition to the experimental blank control group, each group was administered intragastrically for 14 days after Thymocyte cortical thickness, thymus, and spleen lymphocyte counts were measured. Another group of mice were injected with goat erythrocyte sensitization to observe delayed-type hypersensitivity. Results Anti-cropping granules can increase the thickness of thymus in mice, the number of lymphocytes in thymus and spleen, and enhance the delayed-type hypersensitivity in mice. Conclusion Anticonvulsant granules can enhance the cellular immune function.
