目前,我省平菇生产中杂菌污染严重,有的菇场甚至因此绝产,消除杂菌污染已成为平菇生产中急待解决的关键性问题。一、常见杂菌棉子壳生料栽培平菇,因未经高温灭菌,一般播种后二、三天,料面就会长出疏松的灰白色的毛霉和根霉,统称为“长毛霉”。如果料面上出现绿色、青绿色、桔红色、黄色、黑色粉状孢子,表明已污染木霉、青霉、链孢霉、黄曲霉和黑曲霉。这几种杂菌危害极大,尤以木霉、青霉、链孢霉更甚。
