当前医疗改革的大背景下,分级诊疗作为公立医院综合改革的基本目标之一,被视为有效改善民众就医感受、理顺医疗秩序的利器砝码。“基层首诊、双向转诊、急慢分治、上下联动”是分级诊疗所要实现的重要目标之一。但由于医疗体制、就医观念等各方面的原因,完全实现分级诊疗,双向转诊仍有难度,笔者就本院实施双向转诊以来发现的问题进行探讨,以期促进双向转诊的实施。
Under the current background of medical reform, graded medical treatment and treatment, as one of the basic objectives of the comprehensive reform in public hospitals, is regarded as an effective measure to improve people’s medical treatment and rationalize the medical order. “First visit at the grassroots level, two-way referral, rapid division, upper and lower linkage ” is one of the important goals to be achieved in grading clinic. However, due to various reasons such as the medical system and medical treatment concept, it is still difficult to fully realize the grading diagnosis and treatment and the two-way referral. The author discusses the problems discovered since the implementation of the two-way referral in this hospital so as to promote the implementation of the two-way referral.
