新春伊始,省委领导同志召见文化厅的负责同志,提出了今年我省思想文化战线一定要下大力气抓精品的要求。文化厅雷厉风行,采取措施,在四月初召开的全省戏剧创作工作会议上,把抓戏剧精品作为今年我省戏剧创作的一个主要目标。 “精品”这个词是近年来被使用得最频繁的词汇之一,上上下下,大街小巷,无不在说精品,但是再进一步,究竟何谓精品,却又很难作简单的界定。不久前,和戏剧界的同行聊天,大家表示了类似的困惑: “什么才是‘戏剧精品’呢?”不同的审美观念,造成对精品看法的差异。我们今天要抓的戏剧精品,是从全省的范围来说的。它首先应该是具有强烈的时代精神和人民性的作品。剧作家切忌关在家里编故事,应该努力关心时代、了解时代,尽力去把握我们时代发展的总趋势;同时他还应该设身处地地了解今天的民众在想什么做什么,敏感地注意民众的呼唤和意愿,努力融进作品中。我们提倡主旋律,有些人往往将主旋律片面理解为单纯的歌颂、或单纯的好人好事,以及政策宣传。其实,主旋律就是时代精神加人民性,任何戏剧作品,只要高扬时代精神又渗透着人民性,它就属于我们时代的主旋律。
