目的探讨睾丸女性化症的临床特征和诊治方法。方法总结5例临床确诊的睾丸女性化症的外形表现、血浆性激素检查、影像学检查、染色体核型等临床资料和治疗过程,结合文献资料分析和讨论睾丸女性化症的特征和诊治方法。结果5例睾丸女性化症均经双侧隐睾切除术,术后给予雌激素补充治疗和心理辅导,效果较好。结论睾丸女性化症临床并不罕见,手术时间的选择对治疗有重要意义,手术后的激素补充和心理治疗十分重要。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of testicular feminization. Methods The clinical data of 5 cases of diagnosed testicular feminization, clinical manifestations such as sex hormone test, imaging examination and chromosome karyotype, and the course of treatment were summarized. The characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of testicular feminization were analyzed and discussed according to the literature. Results 5 cases of testicular feminization were treated by bilateral excision of cryptorchidism, postoperative estrogen replacement therapy and psychological counseling, the effect is better. Conclusion Testicular feminization is not uncommon clinical treatment, the choice of operation time is of great significance for the treatment of postoperative hormone replacement and psychological treatment is very important.
