以黑牡丹山茶为试材,研究比较了黄心土、黄心土加河沙、泥炭土3种不同的扦插基质对黑牡丹山茶扦插平均成活率、平均抽梢数和根系的影响。结果表明:3种基质的成活率差异显著,平均抽梢数、平均生根数、平均根长、最长根长差异极显著;用泥炭土为基质成活率达93.33%,抽梢数24.33条,平均生根数7.90条,平均根长6.47cm,最长根长16.27cm,均高于其余2种基质。
Taking Black Peony Camellia as test material, the effects of three different cutting media, such as yellow heart soil, yellow heart earth plus river sand and peat soil, on the average survival rate, average number of shoots and root system of black peony camellia were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in the survival rates among the three substrates. The average number of shoots per shoot, average number of roots, average root length and longest root length were significantly different. The survival rate of peat soil was 93.33%, the number of shoots was 24.33, The average number of rooting 7.90, the average root length 6.47cm, the longest root length 16.27cm, were higher than the other two kinds of matrix.
