最近,多家媒体相继报道了城管部门使用一种俗称“呼死你”的语音警告系统 来惩治非法制贩假证小广告(戏称“牛皮癣”)的新闻。据了解,目前在国内大部分城 市,由于张贴者无孔不入,防不胜防,包括墙壁、电线杆、邮筒等在内的许多城市公 用设施,都“难逃厄运”地被各种非法小广告张贴得面目全非,严重影响了城市的市 容市貌。在采取了多种办法都难以奏效的情况下,城管部门只好采用“呼死你”的方 法来对付城市“牛皮癣”的传播制造者。目前已有包括海口、杭州、太原等在内的许 多城市采用了这种办法。
