采用中药淫羊藿对7/8肾切除制备的大鼠慢性肾功能不全模型进行实验治疗,并利用计算机图像分析系统及组织学记分法,对其病理改变进行了分析。结果发现淫羊藿可降低7/8肾切除大鼠尿蛋白的排泄量,减少肾小球的肥大改变,并能明显改善肾脏的病理状况。
Epimedium Chinese medicine on 7/8 nephrectomy rat chronic renal insufficiency model for experimental treatment, and the use of computerized image analysis system and histological score method, its pathological changes were analyzed. The results showed that Epimedium can reduce urinary protein excretion in 7/8 nephrectomized rats, reduce glomerular hypertrophy, and can significantly improve the pathological conditions of the kidneys.
