硫磷铝锶矿是一种以磷为主,伴生有硫、铝、锶及稀土等多种有益组分的综合性矿产资源。本文概要地介绍了对该矿石合理选择,以磷为主综合回收的多种工艺流程方法,为有效地利用这类新矿石,作者对各种有益组分的回收作了大量试验研究并取得许多数据。利用前一工序的废渣作为下道工序的原料连续回收了硫精矿、黄磷、氧化铝、混合氧化稀土、水泥等产品,同时解决了矿石因品位低造成的成本高的问题。
Sulfurite aluminum strontium is a phosphorus-based, associated with sulfur, aluminum, strontium and rare earth and other beneficial components of a comprehensive mineral resources. This paper presents a summary of the reasonable choice of the ore, phosphorus-based comprehensive recovery of a variety of process methods, in order to effectively use these new ore, the authors of various beneficial components of the recovery made a lot of experimental research and made many data. Using the waste residue in the previous process as the raw material of the next process, the products such as sulfur concentrate, yellow phosphorus, alumina, mixed oxide rare earth, cement and the like are continuously recovered, and the problem that the cost of the ore is high due to low grade is also solved.
