应用深低温冷藏胎儿骨移植治疗肿瘤性骨缺损、骨不愈合及延迟愈合51例,除2例病变复发外,未见明显的移植骨溶解吸收现象,平均骨愈合时间为4个月,患肢功能恢复满意,表明深低温冷冻可进一步使胎儿骨的抗原性降低到最低限度,移植后不出现明显的免疫排斥反应,并保持有较强的骨诱导性,从而加速了植骨区的愈合过程。
