前文曾报导利用夜蓝作为测定锑的萃取比色试剂。本文提出另一新试剂—碘绿(Iodine Green,又名夜绿Night Green,I.C.No.686).该试剂尚未用于分析化学[松尾力等曾提出结构与碘绿很相近的甲基绿(I.C.No.684)作为铊的萃取比色试剂]。它与SbCl_6~-缔合生成的化合物亦可用一系列有机溶剂萃取,萃取相呈绿色。本文推荐以苯为萃取溶剂,测定锑的灵敏度较夜蓝法稍高,亦可在较高的盐酸介质中萃取锑络合物,且镓(Ⅲ)、铟(Ⅲ)的干扰相当小。
Previously reported the use of night blue as a colorimetric reagent for the determination of antimony. This paper presents another new reagent, Iodine Green (also known as Night Green, ICNo.686). This reagent has not been used in analytical chemistry [Matsuo et al. Proposed methyl green with similar structure to iodine green ICNo.684) as thallium extraction colorimetric reagent]. Its association with SbCl_6 ~ - compounds can also be extracted with a series of organic solvents, the extraction phase was green. In this paper, it is recommended to use benzene as the extraction solvent. The sensitivity of the determination of antimony is slightly higher than that of the night blue method. The antimony complex can also be extracted in a higher hydrochloric acid medium, and the interference of gallium (Ⅲ) and indium (Ⅲ) is rather small.
