何谓质量?根据ISO标准化原理研究常设委员会关于质量的定义:质量,是指产品和服务所具有的、能用以鉴别其是否合乎规定要求的一特性和特征的总和。那何谓质量管理?根据ISO8402的定义:确定质量方针、目标和职责,并在质量体系中通过诸如质量计划、质量控制、质量保证和质量改进等手段来实施的全部管理职能的所有活动。换言之,质量管理就是为了实现顾客所要求的质量而进行的相关活动,其本质也正好体现了ISO9000中倡导的以顾客为关注焦点的第一原则。
What is Quality? Study of the Standing Committee’s definition of quality according to the principles of ISO standardization: Quality refers to the sum of a number of characteristics and characteristics of products and services that can be used to identify compliance with regulatory requirements. What does quality management mean? According to the definition of ISO8402: All activities that define the quality policy, objectives and responsibilities and implement all management functions in the quality system through such means as quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. In other words, quality management is the related activity that is carried out in order to achieve the quality demanded by the customer. The essence of the quality management is just the first principle of customer-focused focus advocated in ISO9000.
