[目的]探索新型磺酰脲类除草剂。[方法]将原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂(PPO)中的四氢酞酰亚胺结构引入到氯磺隆母体骨架苯环的5位,通过对磺酰脲桥的杂环部分进行修饰,设计合成3个磺酰脲新结构,并进行结构数据的表征以及生物活性的测定。[结果]生物活性测定结果显示,目标化合物的除草活性弱于对照药剂氯磺隆。[结论]与前期工作对照,四氢酞酰亚胺结构引入后,磺酰脲杂环部分的结构修饰对其除草活性影响较大。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore new sulfonylurea herbicides. [Method] Tetrahydrophthalimide structure in protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibitor (PPO) was introduced into the 5 - position of the benzene ring of chlorsulfuron ’s skeleton, and the heterocyclic part of sulfonylurea bridge was modified. Three new sulfonylurea structures were designed and synthesized, and their structures were characterized and their bioactivity was determined. [Result] The bioassay results showed that the herbicidal activity of the target compound was weaker than that of the reference drug chlorsulfuron. [Conclusion] Compared with the previous work, the structural modification of sulfonylurea heterocyclic moiety had a great influence on its herbicidal activity after the introduction of tetrahydrophthalimide structure.
