复合型人才是新世纪教学改革的主要目标,也是教学工作得以开展的核心内容。但是就目前的教学工作而言,人们对于复合型人才的认识仍停留在一个表面上,而未曾进行的总结和研究。伴随着近年来科学技术的发展和人们社会观念的不断更新和改变,对于人才的培养模式也逐步趋于创新化、一体化和综合化。本文就英语教学的目标进行分析与探讨,提出了在目前培养英语复合型人才的重要性和新模式。
Compound talents are the main goal of teaching reform in the new century and the core content of teaching work. However, as far as the current teaching work is concerned, people’s understanding of compound talents remains on the surface without any summary and research.
