东部是北京经济建设和城市发展的重要地区,在许多方面都起着举足轻重的作用。在以 CBD 为核心的大东部地区,不断地有新的房地产项目涌现。虽然政府方面已对 CLD 的规划提出多时,但真正定义哪里,还一直都在争论之中。其实,东部大的住宅发展区域已日渐明晰,从南到北基本上可以看成是由亦庄、京通/京沈板块、通州、广渠门、十里堡等一些区域组成。下图是这些区域住宅区分布的调查表,从表中我们可以看到以通州、京通/京沈板块、亦庄住宅开发量比较集中,十里堡、东坝、广渠门的区域住宅开发量相对较少。
The east is an important area for Beijing’s economic construction and urban development and plays a pivotal role in many aspects. In the Greater East with CBD as its core, new real estate projects are constantly emerging. Although the government has long proposed the planning of the CLD, but the real definition of where, has been debated. In fact, the large residential development in the east has become clearer and clearer. From south to north, it can basically be seen as consisting of some areas such as Yizhuang, Jingtong / Jing-Shen Plate, Tongzhou, Guangqumen and Shiliubao. The following is a survey of residential distribution in these areas, from the table we can see Tongzhou, Jing Tong / Beijing-Shenyang plate, Yizhuang residential development is more concentrated, Shilipu, Dongba, Guangqumen area residential development Relatively small.
