本文采用电生理方法及电镜观察,研究多粘菌素B鼓室内注射对耳蜗和前庭的毒性,结果表明鼓室内注射多粘菌素B可经圆窗进入内耳,引起耳蜗和前庭的器质性损害,导致耳聋和前庭功能减退。其病变程度与鼓室注射多粘菌素B的浓度及时间成正比。为此,建议临床避免用多粘菌素B滴耳,以免引起不可逆的感音神经性聋。
