要建设具有中国特色的社会主义“四个现代化”,关键在于是否有大量的各级各类的合格人才。而这些人才又必须是不断地追求新知识,具有实事求是、独立思考、勇于创新的科学精神。这就给高等学校提出了一个艰巨的任务——重视大学生创造能力的培养。要完成这个任务,就应该明确如下几个方面:(一)积极推进教学改革是培养大学生创造能力的关键;(二)死读书与不读书是培养大学生创造能力的两个障碍,必须排除;(三)在活动中锻炼是培养大学生创造能力的有力措施;(四)加强理想纪律教育是培养大学生创造能力的基本前提。
The key to building “four modernizations” of socialism with Chinese characteristics lies in whether there are a large number of qualified personnel of various kinds and at all levels. And these talents must continue to pursue new knowledge and have the scientific spirit of seeking truth from facts, thinking independently and braving innovation. This puts forward a daunting task for colleges and universities - Emphasizing the cultivation of college students’ creative ability. To accomplish this task, we should clarify the following aspects: (1) Actively promote teaching reform is the key to cultivating college students ’ability to create; (2) Dead and non-studying are two obstacles to cultivate college students’ ability to create; (1) C) exercising in activities is a powerful measure to cultivate the creative ability of college students; (d) strengthening the education of ideal discipline is the basic prerequisite for cultivating college students’ creativity.
