用失重法和电化学方法研究了PC-602缓蚀剂(化学组份为多元醇磷酸酯、聚磷酸盐和磷酸盐)对0.16~3.5%NaCl溶液(含Cl~-1000~22000ppm)中碳钢的缓蚀作用,测定了极化曲线。结果表明,100~300ppm缓蚀剂的缓蚀率可达95~97%,对阴极电化学过程有强烈的抑制作用。应用AES分析研究了缓蚀膜的化学组份及其深度分布,发现在Cl~-含量高于4000ppm的NaCl溶液中,Cl~-可嵌入碳钢表面形成的缓蚀膜表而层中,溶液中Cl~-浓度对Cl~-嵌入膜中的量有一定影响。
The effects of PC-602 corrosion inhibitor (chemical composition of polyols, polyphosphates and phosphates) on the carbon content of 0.16 ~ 3.5% NaCl solution (containing Cl ~ -1000 ~ 22000ppm) Inhibition of steel corrosion, measured the polarization curve.
