2016年10月,习近平总书记关于国有企业党的建设的重要论述,为新形势下国有企业党的建设指明了方向。我多次捧读总书记讲话,特别是读到“要推动党建工作与生产经营深度融合,把党建工作成效转化为企业发展优势”这一段落时,掩卷悟思,深感把企业党建工作与生产经营深度融合的非凡意义。我认为要做到党建工作与生产经营深度融合,最主要的就是要抓好“五个一”:
