广州市光复北路与西华路交界的东南侧,一座七层楼房——镇龙坊宿舍楼——由于倾斜而需要进行纠偏处理。6月2日早晨,一场楼房纠偏工作开始了,经过四个小时的紧张战斗,整座楼房又按人们的愿望,端端正正地坐落在原来位置上,这样快速利索的战斗,深受广州市民政局房管所负责同志的赞扬。由于技术的新颖,在顶升过程中,广东省老水利专家汤德俊、基建处处长黄志祥同志及有关处室领导、广州市民政局房管所领导到现场参观,广东省水电厅科教处为它拍摄了录象。
