生产木耳、香菇、双孢蘑菇等原种或栽培种,从接种培养到菌丝长满全瓶,一般都要25~40天,特别是原种生长更慢,同一瓶里不同部位的菌丝其菌龄相差悬殊,活力也各有不同。根据真菌菌丝生长的生物学特点——从接种点向周围呈球状逐步扩大,我们在生产食用菌原种、栽培种时,常常采用“两点法”接种,可使菌丝提早1/3~1/2的时间长满瓶,不仅节约时间和开支,而且菌龄较一致,活力也更强。为了说明事实,我们重新作了“两点法”接种和“一点法”(常规法)的比较试验。试验菌种为新鲜的木耳、香菇、银耳、平菇、紫晶蘑和双孢蘑菇斜面菌种各1~2管和原种各1瓶。木生菌用常规锯屑培养基,紫晶蘑和双孢蘑菇用
