如何定量地评价学生在某阶段的学习成绩,是当前学校教育管理中的一项重要工作.长期以来,人们常常依据学生历次考试原始分数来评价其学习成绩是否提高,但是,由于原始分数受试题难易程度等因素影响,因此使各次测验的分数不具有可比性.为了使各次测验成绩具有可比性,通常是把原始分数变换为标准分,这样不仅可以比较不同学生同科考试的学习水平,而且还可看出某一学生多次成绩波动的情况.但这仅仅是定性的,它不能把学生学习进退的幅度定量化.为了能够比较合理地、定量地评价学生学习成绩的发展,本文将“N评价法”作一简单介绍.
