我国经济发展步入了转型升级时期,世界经济发展的不确定性增加,煤矿企业经营环境发生了重大变化,企业经营发展模式处于深刻的变化调整过程中,思想政治工作的任务范围面临着新的历史挑战。加强和改进思想政治工作是学习贯彻十八大精神的内在要求,是凝聚思想共识、促进和谐稳定的迫切需要,是坚持科学发展、实现富民兴矿的重要保证。因此,要增强煤矿企业政工能力,根据经济社会发展以及企业经营形式调整企业思想政治工作,增强思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。本文在分析当前政工工作现状的基础上,提出了加强政工工作的有效措施。
