采用前列腺增生模型 ,实验观察前列腺康复胶囊对实验性大鼠及小鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用。结果发现前列腺康复胶囊能明显抑制由丙酸睾丸素诱发的大鼠及小鼠前列腺增生 ,减小大鼠前列腺体积 ,减轻大鼠前列腺的湿重 ,降低大鼠的睾酮水平 ,提高大鼠的雌二醇水平 ,抑制前列腺小叶增生。提示前列腺康复胶囊对丙酸睾丸素所致前列腺增生具预防和治疗作用
The prostate hyperplasia model was used to observe the inhibitory effect of Prostate Rehabilitation Capsules on experimental rat and mouse prostatic hyperplasia. The results showed that Prostate Rehabilitative Capsules can significantly inhibit prostate hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate in rats and mice, reduce prostate volume in rats, reduce the wet weight of rat prostate, reduce testosterone levels in rats, and increase female rats. Glycol levels inhibit lobular hyperplasia of the prostate. Tips Prostate Rehabilitation Capsules have preventive and therapeutic effects on prostate hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate
