1 概述阿城钢铁集团公司—炼钢厂现有公称容量10吨电弧炉一座,为炉体抽出式结构,其主要参数为:电炉变压器额定容量为5500KVA,炉壳内径为Φ3850mm;炉体高2450mm,电极分布圆直径为Φ1000mm;出钢量21～22t;电极升降系统采用西安电磁机械厂生产的变频调速微机控制调节器, 曾于1996年对炉子进行了重大技术改造,当年我厂首先使用变频调速控制调节器取得成功,使电弧炉生产的各项指标有了明显提高,但由于横臂部分仍采用老式结构,因而故障频繁, 严重影响了生产,所以对电弧
