我国肿瘤的发病率呈逐年增高的趋势。目前的治疗手段主要是以手术治疗为主,辅以局部或全身的放疗及化疗等方法均未能使其疗效得到明显的提高。随着分子生物学技术的迅速发展和对肿瘤发病机制认识的不断深入,肿瘤的基因治疗也越来越受到人们的重视。肿瘤分子生物学和分子遗传学的研究表明原癌基因的激活、抑癌基因的失活和细胞凋亡基因的缺失是许多肿瘤的发生机制。
The incidence of cancer in our country is increasing year by year. The current treatment is mainly based on surgical treatment, supplemented by local or systemic radiotherapy and chemotherapy and other methods failed to make its treatment has been significantly improved. With the rapid development of molecular biology techniques and the deepening understanding of the pathogenesis of tumors, gene therapy of tumors has drawn more and more attention. Studies in tumor molecular biology and molecular genetics have shown that the activation of oncogenes, the inactivation of tumor suppressor genes, and the loss of apoptotic genes are the mechanisms of many tumors.
