用正交设计法考察了４种激素对何首乌嫩茎、叶诱导愈伤组织产生的影响。方差分析结果显示：２，４－Ｄ、ＩＢＡ作用极显著．６－ＢＡ作用显著，ＮＡＡ作用不显著，它们作用大小依次为：２，４－Ｄ＞ＩＢＡ＞６－ＢＡ＞ＮＡＡ，诱导何首乌愈伤组织产生的最佳激素配比为：ＭＳ＋２，４－Ｄ １ｍｇ／Ｌ（以下单位同）＋ ６－ＢＡ１＋ＩＢＡ ０．５。
Orthogonal design was used to investigate the effects of four hormones on the callus induction of stems and leaves of fleece leaves. The analysis of variance showed that the effects of 2,4-D and IBA were extremely significant. The effect of 6-BA was significant and the effect of NAA was not significant. The order of their effects was: 2,4-D>IBA>6-BA>NAA. The optimal hormone ratio for producing callus from Polygonum multiflorum was MS+2,4-D. 1 mg/L (the same units below) + 6-BA1 + IBA 0.5.
