近些年来，我国社会学者对企业办小社会问题的研究角度多样，内容丰富，并且逐步深入。本文就是依据作者对这一问题和企业与社区政府关系的较长时间的研究，探讨发展街企共建工作与解决企业非生产负担问题之间的联系。文章集中分析了城市区街社区开展的街企共建工作发挥简化企业承担的生活照顾职能和社会服务职能的作用；分析了街企共建工作对城市全民和集体所有制企业与区街社区政府关系的重新构造；分析了发展街企共建工作的原则和面临的问题。
In recent years, Chinese sociologists have studied various issues of small-scale social issues for enterprises, which are rich in content and are gradually deepening. This article is based on the author’s long-term research on this issue and the relationship between the enterprise and the community government, and discusses the connection between the development of street-level enterprises and the problem of non-production burden. The article focuses on the analysis of street-enterprise co-construction work carried out by street district communities in the city and their role in simplifying the life care function and social service function undertaken by the enterprise; and analyzing the relationship between the street-enterprise co-construction work and the urban masses and collective ownership enterprises and the district street community government. The re-construction; analyzed the principles and problems faced in the development of street-level enterprises.
