使用TEM和HREM分别对贝氏体铁素体和Cu-Zn-Al合金贝氏体台阶形貌和界面结构进行了观察。钢中贝氏体铁素体和Cu-Zn-Al合金贝氏体宽面上存有单台阶、多台阶、系列台阶和三维台阶。贝氏体铁素体台阶高度为6~160nm,相当于{111}晶面1000个原子层厚度。Cu-Zn-Al合金台阶高度为几个至几十个纳米。贝氏体铁素体有与马氏体不同的丰富的精细结构。贝氏体铁素体和Cu-Zn-Al合金中有丰富的台阶和巨型台阶。文中讨论了贝氏体的相变机制。
The surface morphology and interface structure of bainite and Cu-Zn-Al bainite were observed by TEM and HREM respectively. There are single steps, multiple steps, series of steps and three-dimensional steps on the bainitic ferrite in steel and the bainite in Cu-Zn-Al alloy. The bainite ferrite step height is 6 to 160 nm, which corresponds to 1000 atomic layer thicknesses of the {111} crystal plane. The step height of the Cu-Zn-Al alloy is several to several tens of nanometers. Bainitic ferrite has a rich fine structure different from that of martensite. Bainitic ferrite and Cu-Zn-Al alloys have rich steps and giant steps. The bainite transformation mechanism is discussed in this paper.
