由于人们物质生活水平的提高和“小胖墩”的增多,不少家长惟恐孩子食入脂肪类的食物过多,造成体质发胖,影响健康和体形发育。其实,这样过分地谈“脂”色变反而有害于孩子的健康发育。儿童身体的体表面积相对地比成人大,生长发育迅速,体内新陈代谢旺盛,所需要的能量和营养物质自然比成人多,这不仅需要足量的糖、蛋白质、矿物质、维生素等,更需要一定量的脂肪。如果儿童的饮食中缺乏脂肪,不但影响其正常的生理功能,而且更不利于儿童的生长发育。
