散热器泄漏问题一直制约着空冷机组冬季正常运行。散热器管材的选用、制造加工工艺的完善程度、百叶窗工作的灵活可靠性、设计中水循环系统内水力分配合理性、程控系统的适时应用、系统内各种阀门的制造质量及选型应用、冬季合理的运行操作监护等方面 ,均是造成泄漏的重要因素。试验研究及实际应用结果表明 ,太原第二热电厂空冷系统在以上诸因素中或多或少存在一定问题。经分析 ,对一些问题得出了结论性意见。
