“六五”期间,我国档案部门应用电子计算机的工作得到了一定的发展,一支从事档案自动化工作的技术队伍正在形成,若干台计算机已经在档案部门开始使用,《档案著录规则》以及与其配套的一批标准已经或正在制定,档案自动化的理论研究和技术研究也取得了一定的进展。据初步统计,到一九八五年年底,我国省以上档案馆已购置计算机34台,调进或培养计算机人员58名。这标志着“六五”期间我国档案部门应用电子计算机的事业,已经从无到有地发展起来,而且起步速度是相当快的。它对于我国档案事业的发展,将会起到积极重要的作用。然而,我们还要认识到,档案部门应用计算机,无论在国内还是在国外,都没有现成的经验和模式。计算机的应用需要
During the period of the Sixth Five-Year Plan, the application of electronic computers by the archives departments of our country got some progress. A technical team working on archives automation is taking shape. Several computers have started to be used by the archives departments. According to preliminary statistics, by the end of 1985, 34 archival libraries at or above the provincial level in China had purchased 34 computers and transferred or trained 58 computer personnel. This marks the application of computer science in the archives of our country during the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” period and has been developed from scratch. The pace of starting up is quite fast. It will play an active and important role in the development of archives in our country. However, we also need to recognize that there is no ready-made experience and model for the application of computers in the archival departments, both domestically and abroad. Computer application needs
