目的为航天减压病易感性的检测提供有关参数。方法43人进行低压舱实验。结果安静状态下,高空减压病的发生与年龄、预吸氧时间及某些生理指标关系密切;在同样吸氧、减压条件下,年龄较大者(30~36岁)比年轻者(19~20岁)体脂高、血胆固醇高;实验前、后尿去甲肾上腺素增量大的减压病的发生率显著增高。在同样减压条件下,年龄相同、预吸氧时间长的,减压病的发生率明显减少或不发生。结论初步拟定航天减压病易感性检测的低压舱上升高度为10000m,停留时间为30min,预吸氧时间为60min
Objective To provide the relevant parameters for the detection of susceptibility to aerobatic decompression sickness. Methods 43 people were tested in low pressure cabin. Results In the quiet state, the incidence of altitude decompression sickness was closely related to age, pre-oxygenation time and some physiological indexes. Under the same condition of oxygen and decompression, the older ones (30-36 years) than the younger ones 19 to 20 years old) high body fat, high blood cholesterol; before and after the experiment, norepinephrine increased the incidence of decompression sickness was significantly higher. Under the same decompression conditions, the same age, pre-oxygenation time is long, the incidence of decompression sickle significantly reduced or not occur. Conclusions The height of low-pressure cabin for preliminary testing of aerobic decompression sickness is initially set to be 10000m, the residence time is 30min, the pre-oxygenation time is 60min
