班组管理是铁路管理的基础,班组建设的一个主要目的是实现班组自控。建设积极高效、健康、有活力、有竞争力的自控型班组,以保证安全、稳定、高效的最终总体目标。通过班组建设,逐步减少铁路站段的传统管理模式,转变为针对班组的引导和宏观调控,最终逐步发展为有机自控,就能更好的实现安全稳定。
Team management is the basis of railway management, one of the main purposes of team building is to achieve team control. Building a positive, efficient, healthy, dynamic and competitive self-control team to ensure the safety, stability and efficiency of the final overall goal. Through team building, the traditional management mode of railway stations and stations will be gradually reduced, leading to the guidance and macro-control of the teams and groups.
