4月8日,北京市高院在本院第二法庭公开开庭审理了上诉人(原审被告)余征(笔名:于正)、湖南经视文化传播有限公司、东阳欢娱影视文化有限公司、万达影视传媒有限公司、东阳星瑞影视文化传媒有限公司与被上诉人(原审原告)陈(笔名:琼瑶)侵害著作权纠纷一案。原审法院于2014年12月25日对该案作出一审判决,认定余征创作的《宫锁连城》剧本侵犯了陈创作的《梅花烙》剧本及小说的改编权,余征及湖南经视文化传播有限公司、东阳欢娱
On April 8, Beijing High People’s Court held a public hearing in the Second Court of this court in which Yu Zheng (pseudonym: Yu Zheng), appellant (former trial defendant), Hunan Television Culture Co., Ltd., Dongyang Huanzhu Film and Television Culture Co., Ltd., Wanda Television Media Co., Ltd., Dongyang Xingrui Television Culture Media Co., Ltd. and the appellee (former plaintiff) Chen (pseudonym: Qiong Yao) infringed upon the copyright dispute. On December 25, 2014, the Court of First Instance handed down the verdict of the first instance and found that the “Palace Lock City” script written by Yu Zheng infringed on the “Plumwork” script of Chen’s creation and the adaptation rights of the novel.
