腺苷酸激酶广泛分布于各种组织中,包括脑组织。作者连续测定了11例脑瘤患者(9例恶性,2例良性)及35名非脑瘤者脑脊液的腺苷酸激酶。结果35名健康对照者的脑脊液中均未测得腺苷酸激酶活性,因此有理由假定正常时脑脊液中不存在腺苷酸激酶。9例恶性脑瘤患者的脑脊液中均显示有腺苷酸激酶活性,从一名10岁女孩观察到的最高活性为10毫单位/ml,最低值为0.7毫单位/ml。2例良性脑瘤患者未测得腺苷酸激酶活性。
Adenylate kinase is widely distributed in various tissues, including brain tissue. The authors continuously measured adenylate kinase in cerebrospinal fluid of 11 patients with brain tumor (9 malignant, 2 benign) and 35 non-brain tumor. Results No adenine kinase activity was detected in CSF from 35 healthy controls, so it is reasonable to assume that adenylate kinase does not exist in cerebrospinal fluid when normal. Nine patients with malignant brain tumors showed adenylate kinase activity in their cerebrospinal fluid, the highest activity observed from a 10-year-old girl was 10 milliliters / ml and the lowest was 0.7 milliunits / ml. No adenylate kinase activity was detected in 2 patients with benign brain tumors.
