全国计算机等级考试(National ComPuter RankExamination,简称NCRE)是经原国家教委(现教育部)批准,由教育部考试中心主办.面向社会,用于考查应试人员计算机应用知识与能力的全国性计算机水平考试体系。它是根据社会不同部门应用计算机的不同程度和需要而确定的,以应用能力为主,划分等级.分别考核。
The National Computer Rank Examination (NCRE) was approved by the former State Education Commission (now the Ministry of Education) and hosted by the Ministry of Education Examination Center. The National Computer Proficiency Test for the community to test the computer application knowledge and abilities of candidates system. It is based on the different departments of the community using different levels of computer and the need to determine the application capacity-based, divided into grades.
