中职阶段是一个特殊的教学阶段,学生在这一阶段面临着两个方向的选择,其一是考学深造,其二是步入社会,这样的选择不仅取决于学生自身,与教师的引导也有很大的关系。此外中职院校的学生在年龄、背景、个性、知识基础等多个方面也都十分倾向多元化,因此教师如果采取统一化的交流模式,是绝对无法教好学生的。故本文主要针对中职院校班主任沟通艺术进行分析,给出意见。
