日本竹友公司与神奈川混凝土预制件厂、东京都市大学合作,共同开发出一种能抗地震的混凝土预制件,其价格和一般混凝土预制件相当。 这种抗地震混凝土预制件的制造工艺,是先将水泥和砾石混合,然后加入氧化硅微粒催化剂,拌和后,制成一定形状。经过一天时间,再将加固化后的预制件浸入水中,以增强材料之间的结合力,全部加工过程需历时5天。 据检验,抗地震混凝土预制件的抗弯强度,可比一般混凝土预制件高5倍。一块10×10×10厘米的砌块,能够承受10吨的压力。
Nippon Takeo Co., Ltd. cooperated with Kanagawa Concrete Precast Factory and Tokyo Metropolitan University to jointly develop an earthquake-resistant concrete prefabricated part whose price is equivalent to that of ordinary concrete precast parts. The manufacturing process of this anti-earthquake concrete preform is to mix the cement and gravel first, then add the silica fine particle catalyst, mix it and make it into a certain shape. After one day, the cured preforms were immersed in water to enhance the bonding between the materials. The entire process took five days. According to inspections, the flexural strength of earthquake-resistant concrete precast parts can be five times higher than that of ordinary concrete precast parts. A 10 x 10 x 10 cm block can withstand 10 tons of pressure.
