用Q-520型图象分析仪对食管正常粘膜上皮、癌旁非典型增生上皮及癌细胞分别测定每核Ag-NORs颗粒数、颗粒总面积,再用MPV-3型显微分光光度计测定DNA含量。结果显示:Ag-NORs颗粒计数在三组性质不同的细胞中,差异有显著性意义;Ag-NORs颗粒总面积和DNA含量在三组细胞中差异有非常显著的意义。我们认为,核内Ag-NORs面积测定与DNA定量分析,在食管癌变过程中,从不同角度了解细胞的生物学行为是一个非常有参考价值的定量指标,且有利于鉴别良、恶性病变。
The Q-520 image analyzer was used to determine the number of particles per particle of Ag-NORs and the total area of granules in the normal esophageal mucosal epithelium, adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelium and cancer cells, and then measured by MPV-3 spectrophotometer. The results showed that the number of Ag-NORs particles was significantly different among the three groups of cells with different properties; the total area of Ag-NORs particles and the DNA content were significantly different in the three groups of cells. We believe that the determination of nuclear Ag-NORs area and quantitative analysis of DNA in the process of esophageal carcinogenesis, from different perspectives to understand the biological behavior of cells is a very useful quantitative indicators, and is conducive to the identification of benign and malignant lesions.
