在经济增长过程中，产业结构将按照一定的规律不断变动。本文认为，我国正在建立社会主义市场经济的新体制，市场经济的竞争机制，激励机制都对产业结构调整起着重要的调节作用。因此，必须首先进一步发展和完善市场体制，加快社会主义市场经济的建设。并提出一系列促进我国产业结构优化的方针与政策的建议。
In the process of economic growth, the industrial structure will be constantly changing according to certain rules. This article argues that our country is establishing a new socialist market economy system. The competition mechanism and the incentive mechanism of the market economy all play an important regulatory role in the industrial restructuring. Therefore, we must first further develop and improve the market system and speed up the building of a socialist market economy. And put forward a series of recommendations to promote China’s industrial structure optimization guidelines and policies.
