应用花药培养新品种,表现了单倍体育种的优越性,引起育种工作者的重视。甜椒具有味美,营养丰富,能在淡季供应市场等特点,是周年生产周年供应的重要蔬菜之一。但是,现有的品种无论在产量和质量上都不能满足生产和市场的要求,特别是近年来北京地区甜椒严重感病,产量大幅度下降,急需培育优质高产抗病的新品种。然而甜椒属常异花传粉植物,天然杂交率高,不易获得纯系,常规育种程序也比较复杂,为此,我们开展了甜椒花药培养的研究,获得了单倍体植株。

However, the existing varieties can not meet the requirements of production and market both in terms of yield and quality. Especially in recent years, the sweet pepper in Beijing is severely affected and the yield is greatly reduced. Therefore, it is urgent to cultivate new varieties of high quality, high yield and disease resistance. However, sweet pepper is often cross-pollination plants, natural hybridization rate is not easy to obtain pure lines, conventional breeding program is more complicated, therefore, we carried out the research of sweet pepper anther culture obtained haploid plants.
