在2006年我国财政部颁布和推行了《行政事业单位国有资产管理办法》,这推行了我国从行政事业单位国有资产的管理改革。国有资产是我国各级行政事业单位开展各项工作、履行各项职能的重要物质保障,进行管理改革有利于提高行政事业单位处置、收益、使用、占有国有资产的有效性、安全性和规范性。但是就目前来看,行政事业单位在管理国有资产的过程中,还存在着一些问题,妨碍着国有资产价值的提高,因此,需要及时的采取有效的措施来提高行政事业单位对国有资产管理的水平。
