近时,由于发现了哌哔嗪(Piperazine)的驱虫特性,在治疗蛔虫及蛲虫感染方面获得了很大的进步。我院于去年七月开始,应用南京制药厂出品的构橼酸哌哔嗪,治疗41例蛔虫病患者,疗效相当满意,故将初步观察及温习文献所得,报告如下。治疗方法41例中,5例为门诊患者,36例为住院患者。共分两组进行治疗。第一组20例,剂量为每日每公斤体重最低一例为33毫克,最高一例为84毫克,但其中绝大多数为40--55毫克,分二等分,日服二次,疗程为二日。第二组21例。剂量按每日每公斤体重50毫克计算,分四等分,每六小时服一分,疗程为一日。两组在服药后均不使用泻剂。关于哌哔嗪的剂量和疗程问题,各家报告不一,尚无一致标准,奥(Osol-Farrar)氏的用法为37--77毫
